It was warehouse worker Gerry’s dream turned into reality after finally purchasing his first home in Canada. All packed up and move ready, Gerry was shocked to learn there’s a tenant refusing to vacate and pay rent in his new Scarborough home. The Filipino National is forced to pay about $3,500 a month for mortgage, maintenance fees as well as his own rent having no choice but to stay in somebody else’s living room.
